    Vinod Nair helped us with buying our first house. He is very helpful, professional, and honest. If he feels that the list price for the property is not worth it he will give you his honest advice. He is a very efficient person, and tries to get stuff done as soon as possible. When we finally decided on the house that we wanted and put an offer up, he helped us find people that worked with us on our mortgage and home inspection. I would highly recommend.

    The Sonny Bhinder teams’ work is very professional. We bought an apartment with their help. Their mortgage broker and realtor worked very efficiently together to quickly find and get us into a home in a very short period of time. There was no fuss, no confusion and no unnecessary delay in the whole process. The realtor Vinod Nair is top class. He is very knowledgeable and gave us excellent ideas on how to effectively choose the right place based on our needs. His professional attitude, friendly nature and dogged bargaining skills are highly commendable and recommended. He is top notch and can be trusted to be on your side. He has also remained a good friend and advisor even after the sale was closed and done. Five stars and hats off to Vinod and the rest of the team.

    We met Vinod when we were house hunting for our first home. In truth, he was just a last minute replacement of who we were really meeting up with. We had a good interaction on the unit that we were looking at and that's when we decided to try him out as we were skeptical at first due to our previous experience with other agents. He understood what we wanted and never compromised on that. During the course of the house hunting, he stayed to his promise and delivered. When we decided on the house and submitted our offer, he helped us find people who we can work with like for home inspection and a mortgage broker. These people have also attested to Vinod's capabilities as an agent. Highly recommended!

    I would highly recommend Sonny Bhinder Home Selling Team for any of your real estate needs. I recently purchased my first home and my experience was awesome. Sonny has all the best qualities you look for in a real estate agent. He is extremely organized and quick to respond.
    Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. His knowledge of the area made it extremely easy to explain what I was looking for, where and why. Sonny took the time to really understand my home buying needs. I never felt pressured to look at homes that didn't meet my requirements. When walking into a house, he sat back and let me observe the property but at the same time gave his honest and expert opinion which made it very easy to make decisions as a first time home buyer. Sonny was there every step of the way and negotiated a great deal for me. Overall, my home buying experience was much better than I could have ever imagined. I don't think that I would have had the same experience with anyone else. I suggest everyone to work with this team for their home buying and selling needs.
