(November 17, 2021, 5:39 am)Sessions with Shannon were truly beneficial - in a short amount of time we were able to work through negative thought processes, reframing them and bringing structure and focus for moving forward. I feel equipped with mental exercises and tools that take me beyond the 121s. Shannon provides a healthy balance of compassion and empathy with perspective and pragmatism. Would highly recommend.

For years I struggled with anxiety issues. No matter what therapy or technique I tried I was always left with lingering feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt... for most of my adult life I have felt like a spectator.
After just a few fun sessions with Shannon Staples, I noticed a shift in my perception. Suddenly I found myself communicating more directly in my relationships, accepting new challenges and creating connections with people in ways I never would have imagined! In our very first conversation, Shannon was able to help me realize the stumbling blocks in my own head. What was really amazing is that in only 1 hour she was able to get me to the heart of the problem that I have been struggling with for more than year. She gave me some very practical, easy exercises and ideas that I can use to work on those stumbling blocks. These weren't general ideas and exercises. These were tailored to me, to my personality and my situation. Shannon provides insight, she is truly gifted at seeing the heart of a problem.
