(January 15, 2023, 3:54 am)Mecca Halal Meats is hands down the best butcher shop I’ve been to. It’s very clean, well organized and the meat cooler and freezer is well stocked. I have tried their chicken, beef, goat and lamb and so far have no complains. They have Fiji style lamb chops which is my favourite and it’s already cut to the right thickness and bagged. I’m glad I’m able to get my Fiji style food, snacks and halal meat at one location. Oh and if you are a steak lover like my family, you know how important it is to find the right meat and Mecca Halal Meat has not disappointed us. Go check them out and you won’t be disappointed.

(January 12, 2023, 8:13 pm)I had a wonderful experience at this meat and grocery store, very clean & friendly vibe, shelves well stocked & organized. It’s a family run local business and the staff are very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to meet your specific needs. I usually get my entire week’s meat packed in separate bags with the specific meat cut I want in each so I save time for meal preps during the work weekdays. It’s hard to find a good halal store with an excellent customer service in the BC area, I would say this establishment is hands down the best in BC!

(December 16, 2022, 12:38 am)The meat is fresh and there is a frozen to go option as well. I found it very cheap compared to other halal food providers. The management is very helpful and make an effort to keep their shelves well stocked. I was very pleased with my experience and the freshness of my meat. Both my biryani and nihari turned out great!

(December 8, 2022, 2:04 am)Hands down the BEST halal meat store in BC! The store is well stocked, customer service is great, and the meat is fresh. I tried their marinated meat for a family dinner and everyone devoured it. There is a selection of marinated meats that pairs perfectly with vegetables. This is a very affordable option for families that are looking to eat healthy without having to spend hours in the kitchen.
I was able to find all my groceries at one location which is very rare these days. -

Very friendly and professional service. This is a new muslim business. I guess they moved from Edmonton and trying to establish here in our locality. Brother Salman (the butcher in picture) knows his stuff. As of now they have limited stock but they are planning to expand as they age InshaAllah. May Allah put barakah in their business and they stay humble and service oriented as they are today. Ameen!
