This was our first home purchase so it seemed daunting and overwhelming, but Kiki made the process seamless and was super helpful every step of the way. She handled everything for us and ensured we got the best rates possible! She also threw in additional helpful information along the way. Will definitely be using her services in the future and would recommend her to anyone.

Especially with all of the qualifications and hoops to go through being a single income with kids. I figured I would have to rent. Everything was more expensive to rent than buy so I gave it a shot and reached out to Kiki. She quickly gave me a few options so I was able to start looking at purchasing. It took me several months but she never did waiver. I would wake up to emails from Kiki with updated numbers and options. She even helped me find the perfect HOUSE with a suite for me and my kids. (My daughter is 20 and wanted to “move out”) 😂 I honestly would never have gotten this dedication from anyone else. If you are looking for the best, reach out to Kiki. She’s a magician.

(April 28, 2021, 4:45 am)Kiki is an exceptional mortgage broker. She says she works for YOU and she truly does. We had a situation that had quite a gray area with it. Kiki was up until 3am figuring it out and then on the phone with us about it the next morning at 9am. She goes way above and beyond! I would recommend Kiki to anyone wanting to purchase a home knowing they would be in great hands!
