She was very prepared for our initial meeting giving me her expert opinion and practical tips to make changes and improvements with my health. She also followed up with me to see what progress I was making. She is very organized, thorough and prompt. I have worked with a naturopath in the past for similar health concerns and Christy gave me more insightful answers and recommendations! I look forward to seeing more positive changes and working with her more.

Christy is a professional Registered Health and Nutrition Counsellor. She posts new tips, recipes, articles about benefits of being healthy. It is not a challenge, it is a lifestyle. She has passions about keep the body moving, eating healthy, drink enough water. As someone who has always struggled with bad habits, I am changing and feel so much confident on myself. I am happy, healthy and feel strong. It was a pleasure to work with Christy. Every questions that I came up with, she always answer with an explanation and a solid resources of studies. I am very impressed by her knowledge and how professional she is. Christy has changed my life. I would recommend her to all my friends and my family to help everyone.
