He uses the same highly qualified sub trades from job to job and he has built a working relationship with over them over the years to deliver many wonderful looking homes. Here is a small sample of pictures ive sneaked in at K.Penner jobs over the years. From a real insiders perspective, I would recommend K.Penner.

Keith has worked with the same tradespeople for years and they are very loyal and a pleasure to work with. Our unique project had to go through the city's Board of Variance and Keith's experience made this complex task easy for us. We would recommend Keith to any friends and family looking to build a home. Keith is the man!
