Excellent service, but you pay for what you get

About 2 weeks ago I went in to have my oil changed and got my transmission fluid done also. This morning I went to the store and came out and there was a huge puddle of fluid under my vehicle. I wasn't sure if it was transmission fluid or maybe power steering fluid.
I called the Jiffy lube and they sent two guys over to check it out! I was so impressed. They made a stressful situation so much better. It turned out to be the power steering which they will help with once we get the tow truck.

I've been to oil change places where the employees just don't care for their customers today I had Loveep. I hope I'm spelling that right. He helped me with my oil change and a couple more things, he gets full marks for helpfulness, politeness, honesty and professionalism. He went the extra mile for me even though he didn't have too and it feels so good just to have actually decent quality customer service. Great job Loveep will be coming back to this location for sure!

I am now a regular customer of this location, hidden behind the Keg Restaurant. Depending on the tech my service experience is excellent every time. The fact that I can trust the oil products that they are putting in my car and they actually do everything they checked off the inspection list. Great showing me items and the why's, needs attention. Also the first time ever (in a quick lube business) my cabin filter was looked at. Great job. Thanks ....
