Words simply cannot describe how appreciative my family and I are with all Rupi has done for us! Oh My God..!! Rupi is INCREDIBLE. I tried for a very long time to find the right house for me and my dogs, and it was almost impossible. Add to it my complicated financial situation (separation, house sale, tied up assets) and pretty much everyone else would have thought that I was a nightmare.
Other providers even told me to first close my house sale, rent and then look for a house, and with two dogs that was pretty much impossible (I actually considered boarding my dogs and staying in a hotel for a month).
Rupi not only took me on, but she went so far and beyond what any person would do that she is literally the only reason I have a home to move to. I can't imagine anyone going to the lengths she did to help me out and make my home a reality.
And to top it all off, the options she gave me are so much better than the ones that the mortgage provider chosen by my ex gave her, I have optional extras that my ex was not provided by her mortgage professional, my payments are very reasonable and and she thought of ideas that no one I know would have to get me financing in time.
