(February 18, 2022, 12:59 am)Highly recommend for anyone looking for mobility equipment to see Ashley @ this family owned store.
We shopped at a larger chain for a wheelchair for our 82 year father and this store blew them out of the water in terms of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service.
From the moment we walked through the front door, we were greeted with a friendly smile (the other store made it felt like we were bothering them). Ashley asked many questions about dad to understand what his needs are and then recommended us the right wheelchair. She understands that we are already stressed and made purchasing a wheelchair.

Their prices are reasonable and They definitely have the best interest of their clients at heart even if it means slightly less profit for them. Thank you Sharon.

(November 5, 2021, 8:39 pm)We would like to thank Sue.B for the excellent service for my Mom and aunt. I spoke to Sue on the phone about my aunts walker and she was knowledgable and when we went to the store the service was excellent. Sue had us try 3 walkers to try.
If it wasn't for Sue's and her customer service and willing to help and go out of her way if it wasn't for that we would take our business some were else..
