(March 11, 2021, 2:18 am)This place is great for my two cats. Aldoug they may not agree with me on this. 🙄.
They followed a really good covid19 protocol. I mostly waited in my car while the cats got the treatment they needed. Vacations etc. They communicated with me through my phone. It is a safe place to go if you need your pet's to be taken care of.

(February 28, 2021, 3:14 am)Best animal vet we have found. Drs are caring and through. We have had Dr. Erin and she’s awesome. All the staff who work their are really covid safe and friendly and care for our cat like their own. Prices are fair. Defiantly glad we switched to here.

I've dealt with them since 1990 under Dr. O'Grady.
I totally recommended them. Their price is that of a good hospital. Some day, I'll meet my new pup's doctor. -

(January 14, 2021, 3:02 am)I just want to praise the Staff at Allondale Animal Hospital. We have had the most attentive and heartfelt service over the years with a large feline family of over 10 precious furbabies. Every single one of them with their own distinctive personality traits. Various staff members admit, hold, caress and seem to hone in on even the most subtle of these personalities. When we have needed their help at the most direst of times it was immediate, compassionate and most importantly effective. During this Covid 19 pandemic you have demonstrated strict and safe protocols for everyone concerned. When you unquestionably let us in (masks on) to hold on to Marley as he 'passed on' I will always remember this and hold you all in the highest of regards.

(August 25, 2020, 1:34 pm)Recently moved to Surrey and have been trying to find a great vet for my 2 dogs. I tried both Fraser heights and Guildford Animal Hospital before giving these guys a shot. To be honest the exterior of the building doesn't look like much and the clinic is small so they can't do everything in house.
However! they make up for this by their service. The 2 Dr Balcar's are great. They are down to earth and i don't sense the arrogance or money grabs that i felt at the other 2 hospitals. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes in June, I was able to meet Dr Balcar in person (unheard of at the other places) and he willingly answered all my qs over email! How many vets would do that?! Not many!!
As well the front desk staff are kind and lovely. They also almost always get you in same day or the next day.
At first I wasn't sure about this place but I've been pleasantly surprised and will stay with Allondale.
