Paul explained the reason behind stiffness in back/lower back/hamstrings, we discussed the potential solutions followed by a great massage. 10/10 would recommend and would be returning back for a follow up to track my progress.
Very affordable. The walls are thin but the massage is great. If you're looking to relax, probably go elsewhere as you will hear literally every conversation happening in the establishment. But if you need your back and shoulders fixed up, definitely consider getting a body massage here.

Despite me being a scattered mess, Paul was very kind and gracious. He's very professional, and, from my experiences, goes above and beyond with looking into body movements, stature, and even offering videos of ways to correct things like poor posture and how you carry yourself when you stand or walk.
I am beyond impressed. Thank you for your patience with me. Looking forward to another visit.
