He kindly corrected me on some movements that needed support and truly did create a nurtured environment. I was so impressed with Dylan’s service that I have decided to come here regularly and embark on a fitness journey with him! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for excellence and knowledge

(March 6, 2023, 5:53 pm)During my business trip in Vancouver, I found this gym on Google Maps, and they offer a 3-day free trial so I give it a try. The gym is located in the commercial mall are easy to find. I walk in the staff Justin and Alicia were super friendly and help me check in. This gym is very big and got all the equipment I need. Love the environment here. Come to give it a try all the travelers and gym rats. I'm sure you will love this gym. Stay healthy~

I was feeling unmotivated in my training prior, so I started personal training here with Morgan. Morgan is a great trainer, he’s very knowledgeable & friendly! He’s made being consistent at the gym so much easier for me. Love having my workouts curated for me based on my needs & goals. I have been enjoying working towards my fitness goals here!
Friendly staff, lots of equipment & spacious! -

(December 9, 2022, 7:32 pm)Great facility with a way more friendly and inclusive atmosphere and environment than it had as Steve Nash Fitness World.
I tried a few personal trainer sessions and was blown away the knowledge and care my personal trainer Romario put into constructing my workouts. I have been going to the gym consistently for a few years now and was bored with the same workouts but was introduced to some challenging new workouts that made me excited to be working out again. I also have injuries from sports and some movements restrictions due to past surgeries, and I could tell he put a lot of effort into compiling exercises that I would get a lot out of while working within my limitations. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this facility so far. -

(October 29, 2022, 2:05 am)Most if the equipment is nice, but it missing key pieces of machines. They went crazy with powerlifting platforms, they probably only needed half the platforms. They also have the useless hoist rock it machines that move. Staff are nice and not stuck up like steve nash gym was. They have no saunas ..cardio is excellent tho…this gym seems more powerlifting driven if thats for you..improvements…belt squat machine, GHD, more leg machines, especially posterior chain machines, better sleds, and a bunch of spuat safety bars…then you would have a fantastic gym
