I was originally thinking of selling my current home to buy a new one but Pav was able to give me a lot of knowledge on what my options were and was able to set up a plan where I could refinance my current home to take equity out and use that to buy my new home allowing me to keep both properties and use my old home as a rental property. I would definitely refer Pav to anyone I know looking to get a mortgage or buy a property.

He was available for all my questions. He is very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly. He made a stressful process very painless and easy.
