Douglas was great at giving us theright advice and a list of things needed to get takers and spike interest in our apartment. In a matter of a week, our apartment was sold! Also, he knew what I was looking for and did not make me waste time on offers that were not relevant. Very creative, and I would recommend him to whoeveris looking to buy or sell a home.

Doug put our interest first before anything and spent great effort to resolve the issue. We are very happy to choose Doug as our realtor.

He wasn't in a rush to complete the deal but rather looking after our best interest and pointed out shortcomings of the properties we viewed. Fantastic service and great advice!

He strategically planned out everything ahead of time so that we fully anticipated what would happen next. Selling and buying required a lot of work and coordination especially during the peak of Covid pandemic but Douglas went above and beyond and helped us overcome those challenges.
