Our master Bathroom was in desperate need of repairs with water leak and mold build up.
I contacted a few different companies as well as Oliva GC and right from the initial contact they were far better option with the whole concept of repair, remodeling, time and cost involve to complete the job.
Mr. Yasmany, the owner has become a friend to us now and I will see to it that all the people in my circle will seek his advise for any construction, remodeling and repairs.
His entire crew are very professional and knowledgeable and everything has been absolutely seamless.

When I first contacted them with inquiries and quote for my water damaged old kitchen, they were quick to respond and made sure they knew exactly the quality, budget and timeline I was looking for.
They mobilized their team quickly, and gave me a quote that was reasonable and fair. Their work was detail-oriented, efficient and put their customers needs and satisfaction first more than anything.

Often times, we encountered hiccups in the project but Oliva always provided us with the proper guidance and suggestions to tackle any issue to make the project right on track.
