She is very patient focused and is exteremely easy to work with she was while working with me through my relationship with food, my body and disordered eating. I learned so much about my body's needs by listening to its cues about hunger and my body's wants. I've learnt a lot about intuitive eating and have gained knowledge from Cristel I use on a daily basis. I've grown so much the past year with Cristel and I STRONGLY recommend her to anyone looking to improve their relationship with food.

(April 21, 2021, 5:59 pm)Cristel is amazing! She is empathetic, knowledgable, and makes you feel so comfortable diving into an area that is sensitive for a lot of us. My work with her lead to wonderful outcomes - I don't look at food as good/bad, I now understands the cues my body is giving me (for the first time!!), and overall, I feel so much more connected to my body. 4 sessions and we did amazing work that has improved the quality of my life immensely, highly recommend getting as many sessions as possible because there's no limit to the growth you experience with Cristel!

(March 16, 2020, 8:22 pm)Cristel has been super awesome and supportive in helping us be more mindful of what we shop. She was gratefully nonjudgmental in our assessment of current choices and habits, and very helpful in steering us in a positive direction. We did a grocery tour to really analyze what we were buying and for what purposes. She showed us items to used we never have or used in an imaginative way. Also giving us great tips on what to look for in nutritional value. The appointments were detailed thorough and informative with a very useful follow-up. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a little inspiration into their meal plans!

(March 10, 2020, 11:56 pm)I've been working with Cristel for about 3 months now and its hard to put into words how much she has changed how I think about food, my body and self worth. Our sessions are a perfect balance between setting small achievable goals and discussing 'big picture' issues surrounding food/body.
She is genuinely always ready to talk when I have bad days and is one of the most empathetic people I have met.
Feel super lucky to be her client and friend :)
