We had a bumpy road to finding our new home in a volatile market with a few failed offers and very tight deadlines after selling our townhome. With each failed offer, Dena and Julie used it as a way to coach us through what we really were looking for in a house. They helped us prioritize our values and also helped us figure out a plan B should things not work out as planned. They were excellent communicators and kept in constant communication with us and the sellers agents. We ended up finding the perfect home for us. JD Real Estate were great negotiators and worked tirelessly on our behalf. There were multiple issues on the sellers end and Julie and Dena kept the sellers accountable. When the house was left in disrepair by the sellers Julie and Dena stepped it up and found cleaners and even found someone to repair the appliances. They managed all the headaches for us. We could not have asked for better realtors and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We were extremely impressed by JD Real Estate Group when selling our property. As two working professionals with young kids, we are busy. Julie and Dena accommodated our schedules and made themselves available to us 24/7. Everything was done seamlessly around our work, travel and family scheduling. When we met to evaluate our property we were blown away by the legwork they had done. They knew every comparable and even evaluate why different buildings were priced a certain way (including calls to the city assessors!). They had a clear plan for pricing and how we would proceed if our property didn't sell. The plan was well developed and very well presented to us. Three years ago Julie and Dena helped me purchase my first place. I was living 8 hours away, was going to be in town for only 5 days and needed to secure a place in that time frame to complete a work transfer.
