They thought perhaps they would help me with my chronic neurological pain which causes severe pain 24/7 and limits my mobility. I was astonished by the results. For the first time in 5 years, I could walk without severe pain in my legs and buttocks. A serious game changer for me. I immediately ordered some of the tops with the thought that if my spine also had the benefit of the clothing, the pain would be less. My online order arrived the next day. Such fast shipping! And I was right, wearing the mock neck top along with the high rise leggings and ankle compression socks reduced my pain significantly, increased my mobility and my muscle recovery after pilates (which I do to strengthen my core following a complex spinal fusion). I cannot believe that for 5 years I've been searching for natural relief from my pain and here it was all along . . . FIRMA! I wear it every day and I will for the rest of my life. The fabric is beautiful, they are extremely comfortable and quite fashionable too. The quality is a thousand times better than Lululemon and the fit is perfect. While one may think of Spanx when they think of compression, it is nothing like that. Spanx are uncomfortable and squeeze you. FIRMA compression is more like a gentle hug that you never want to stop. If you work out and have muscle fatigue, Firma will enhance your performance. If you live with chronic pain like me and choose not to take pharmaceuticals due to the horrid side effects and prefer natural relief, I cannot recommend Firma enough. Change your life ... try a pair! I am forever grateful. Their customer service is beyond exceptional as well! You will not be disappointed.

I found nothing that comes close in non-binding comfort and support. The thoughtful design of this product not only supports the knee, it also provides good compression support for the lower leg. I've also purchased high rise leggings from their online store and will, from now on look first what Firma Enenergy Wear offers, before looking elsewhere. Did I mention that their great products are supported with outstanding customer service? They've got my appreciation, thank you.
