He has a professional demeanour, was punctual, and took time to diagnose the issue and explain what the cause could be. It turned out to be a faulty temperature control, which he ordered and replaced for a very reasonable price. Extremely satisfied with the experience! A+

His customer service is excellent. He has worked on our washing machine, installed our overhead microwave and installed our ice maker line into the fridge. With just a photo of the make/model, he purchased all required parts and came by to install soon after. All of the work done at our home was without any issues. He also follows-up to ensure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend his services and will continue to use his business for years to come! Thank you Alex.
