They are great at communicating the project's budget, timeline and challenges, and really go above and beyond to make sure that the final product is what you're looking for. I've gotten two different plushes made through them, and both were really challenging designs - multiple embroidered sides, lots of details, needed custom injection molding etc. They both turned out wonderfully! I couldn't be happier with the final products.

They recently created our Mascot for The Orlando Cat Cafe (Jean Luc) and he arrived today (a day earlier than was promised) in purr-fect condition. This is actually the 2nd time I worked with Lorne and Barb — the first time was 15 years ago when they created a plush for my other company and the experience at that time was great which is why I went back to them. They have been in business a long time and really know their “stuff” (pun intended). This time around they guided me throughout the design and revision process and I am delighted with the finished result. They even went out of their way to hand deliver the prototype when they were at The Amusement Show in Orlando in November. They are passionate about their business and it shows. Highly recommend!
