EDIT: After a bunch of bickering and calling them over and over they magically found it. These guys work if you pester them enough.
Not a single time in my life end up completely being robbed of some money but it happened here.
Shipped a item from a vendor to the address in Surrey that ReShip provided. Courier got a signed delivery confirmation. I emailed asking why the package has not appeared in my account dashboard and after giving them some information they after 3 days responded saying that their warehouse has not received or signed for any item and they do not employ any individual named Brandon, contrary to what the delivery documents say.
Luckily the item was only 150 dollars but this is completely inadequate. Obviously I cannot do anything about this and I'm assuming my package is long lost. I write this as a warning because trusting a incompetent company that does not take onto itself any responsibility is one that people must avoid. Im sure this company "doesn't receive" lots of packages, their choosing of course.
