Despite the short notice, they managed to deliver the casket to the funeral home within 24 hours. Upon arrival, they allowed me to inspect the product to ensure my satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the wood casket we ordered was even more beautiful than depicted in the picture. Its true elegance and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company and sincerely appreciate all their assistance. Thank you very much.

(March 8, 2023, 5:26 pm)Casket Depot Vancouver has an amazing staff.William provided great customer service. They have affordable prices. Great verity of products. We got a beautiful urn. Needed this item in Victoria island within a few days. William kindly offer to meet us close to the ferry and save us allot of travel pickup time and shipping charges. I highly recommend this company. They were here for us during such a different time. Blessings.

(February 16, 2023, 11:15 pm)We purchased the casket before we visited the funeral home to make the arrangements. The casket was beautiful and we saved thousands. It was delivered to the funeral home without incident. Several people at the Funeral Tea commented that the casket was quite impressive and we were proud that it was, even prouder that we had not blown the budget on it. A reasonably priced casket allowed us to spend more on flowers and food. Great deal all around.

Despite the fact that these purchases come at extraordinarily difficult times, the folks here make everything go as smoothly as possible. We were able to save a lot of money without compromising on quality or service. It was also easy to arrange for delivery - after picking out a casket from their showroom, we were met at the funeral home by their driver for an inspection and hand-off. If you are also in the market for a casket I would wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to them.
