They weren't sure if they had the equipment available and offered to contact me once they were able to confirm.
Shannon got back in contact with me the same day, and while they were unable to provide the required equipment, she made some suggestions on alternative options.

(September 19, 2014, 9:11 pm)I had a great experience with this company for our wedding rental. They showed up on time with everything and Samantha was great at answering any questions via email in a timely manner before the wedding date.
One thing to mention, they do take a long time to set up the tent if you get one from them. My wedding was on a Saturday so they set it up Thursday afternoon instead of Friday afternoon so that I would have all day Friday to set up.
