(April 6, 2022, 3:55 am)The halibut and chips was amazing tonight. The ribs are tender and more meaty at White Spot however this location also leaves the membrane under the ribs which gets slimmy and nasty. I would really appreciate if all white spot kitchens would pull off the skin below the ribs after grilling, rendering the fat before serving. I should not be cooking at my table which defeats the purpose of going out instead of cooking at home or going to their competitors next door, Cactus Club that has Jack Daniels sauce. I wish White Spot would correct this issue with a new notice to remind all locations then I would have a perfect dinner warranting a 5 star review for this fabulous location which is not as old as the other one in Richmond.

(January 30, 2022, 1:56 am)Very nice, safe, friendly staff. If I got a 2nd refill on coffee I would've given it 5 stars. Legendary burger looked smaller than I remember, but taste was great as always. Chicken strips were also very good.
