It's been my first time ordering a pair of Vionic boots from Ronsons Shoes and I had found a great deal on one pair on their website. However, shortly after my order went through, I was contacted by their customer service to notify me that the boots that I had ordered were unfortunately on hold for another customer, and since they were the last pair, I would have to wait till that customer would either take it or let it go. To my disappointment that customer did end up taking it. But...! The care and attention I received afterwards to help me find something else that would make me happy, was simply outstanding! They even matched the sale price for the previous boots to one from their newer inventory of the Vionic brand (which was the only brand I wanted, due to chronic pain in my feet), which I thought was a truly fantastic deal! Yesterday I received my boots, and there was an added surprise in the box: a nice big bath towel, plus a shoe spoon! How amazing to have such outstanding customer service! I am blown away! Thank you Ronsons Shoes!
