Of course the product is amazing, is Tumi.
Now I want to thank the staff specially Betty, I think she is the store manager.
I returned an item and we ( me and her) had a dispute , but she handled very well.
Both of us were right and it was hard to decide but she acted very patient and respectful.
We definitely recommend this store and definitely will come back .

The store is unbelievably designed so well even for a warehouse outlet store..a luxury humble brand..Tumi we are in love!! ❤️?.. just hoping one day you will pair up with "KAWS "one day and design a KAWS luggage set ..that would be soooo amazing!!! Thank you for the quality you provide on your products to make it fesiable for quality hunters such as us!!
