I've been a Synnex customer for a number of years and I find them so easy to work with. Point and click ordering and an account rep who usually answers any questions I have within about 10 minutes. This is especially exceptional because I am not a big client for them. I usually only order 1 or 2 computers and other misc items at a time. Yet, the service is outstanding. I was moved to write this after recently having to deal with another distributor who I won't name (OK, their initials are IM) and it was excruciatingly difficult and not friendly at all. Well done Synnex Canada!
