I did not have quite enough cash for the deposit of the new property and the banks would not loan me anything, not even for 5 weeks, even though I had an unconditional offer on my current home and did not even have a mortgage on it, due to the fact that I was self-employed and had a zero credit rating. Zero, not bad. I simply had not used or needed a credit card or loan in about ten years. Friends were unable to help, a boat I was considering selling would not start, it did not look good. Deposit Financing helped me within 24 hours without any hassles at a very reasonable cost which I was most happy to pay. The process was easy and the staff very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend Deposit Financing, they certainly saved my day.
