Platinum Pro-Claim - Richmond Office

My experience with Platinum Pro was the best I have ever had with a company in their field. Their communication was excellent. The contractors were very tidy and clean. The workmanship is excellent. There were some hiccups, but they sorted things out efficiently and the end result is very good. I hope that I don’t need their services again, but if I do I hope they are the ones to do the work.

Fast arrival in the evening to fix leak in pipe. They cut into the ceiling, began the drying process, and fixed the leak. Next morning, another leak appeared nearby. They fixed that as well. Drying took a few days. They then drywalled and restored the walls. I'd say that responsible and professional are the qualities most evidenced in this work.

I specifically asked for Platinum Pro to do the work and I am glad I did. All aspects of the restoration were handled exceptionally well from beginning to end. Great coordination , work all done in a very timely way and dedication to our complete satisfaction. Everyone who helped throughout the process deserves to know they did a great job.

Thank you Platinum Pro-claim! We had an unexpected water main break under our house. The entire team at Platinum Pro-claim was outstanding! Karlee our project manager is exceptional, she went above and beyond, not only did she arrange for the necessary work to be done, but saved our sanity. Having never experienced a situation like this before, she ensured me she would handle everything from beginning to end, and not to worry. And that is EXACTLY what she did. Karlee corresponded daily attending to all of my requests and questions, and never did we doubt that we were in best hands possible. All work was done on schedule, and completed on time and with the utmost professional workmanship. The landscape looks flawless, as does the drywall repairs, and painting. The "dream team" Lynn, Nancy and Hilary came to pack up our furniture and belongings for off site storage were meticulous. As I was working from home, I had the pleasure to watch them work, taking time to carefully wrap and label everything. The pride and care they took was incredible. They were back to return everything to its place, and cleaned impeccably. It was the icing on the cake. Katie our site manager was a welcome face, and a regular on site, from the 1st initial walk thru to final completion, completing all the final touches herself.

My kitchen sink overflowed and flooded the upstairs kitchen and basement. Employees from Platinum Pro-Claim came the day I notified my insurance company, setting up the equipment necessary to dry everything out. All employees were protected at all times, as per safety requirements for Covid-19. I was amazed by this company's professionalism and high standards. Every possibility was thoroughly investigated to ensure there would not be future complications in my home. Everything was done as quickly as possible. Terry and Nero answered the phone or my texts no matter what time it was, and never made me feel like I was a bother (even though I probably was!). They were very kind and understanding - and I became aware that they work above and beyond the call of duty. Finally, every effort was made to have my kitchen back in order for Thanksgiving Day - for which I am extremely grateful! I cannot recommend Platinum Pro-Claim enough for helping my family and myself get through a bad experience. My kitchen is better than it was before! Thank you to these people who were more than just a company, but people who seemed to sincerely care!
