I've had quite a few brash run ins during showings with different agents but Donald was a delight to work with. Very impressed ! I also really appreciated the number of different floor plans and the virtual tour option. Overall a great experience !

(October 2, 2020, 11:23 pm)I am currently renting one of the properties they manage for the past few months. Due to covid all our lease paperwork was all done digitally which was a little strange but I guess this is the new norm. They actioned all our paperwork very quickly.
We needed to have a few repairs that needed to get done after we moved in, which they addressed very promptly.
I originally read reviews that were not so good about them. I have yet to have a bad experience with them. They are very professional and responsive to any of my concerns. I would definitely recommend renting from them. -

(September 11, 2020, 10:25 pm)We rented from Noble Homes for 2 years. The apartment was in Yaletown and the we extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire tenancy. I kept expecting them to be difficult but right up until the end of the move-out, inspection and deposit return they were very pleasant to deal with. I would have no problem renting from them again in the future.
