Jason was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helped me understand all the steps involved in the process, while making sure he secures the best rate for my shipment. Jason was very professional, reactive and went above and beyond to accommodate all our changes of plan caused by the COVID pandemic. He also gave us very competitive rates and was able to offer us different scenarios to lower the cost.
