He first analyzed my health and body conditions and understood my needs before carefully coming up with a personalized training plan that focused on establishing my core strengths before trying to add weights and difficulty into the plan. Class prices/rates are really good.

As a recovering cancer patient, I was very weak and had limited range of motion my my arms, neck, and shoulder due to surgery and treatments. He has been able to target my problem areas with patience and care. Now I am stronger and more flexible and have gained almost 100% of my range of motion thanks to him.
