Kelly took the time to sit down and discuss all the options so that I had the correct information to make an informed decision about what kind of mortgage would work best for me. She also walked through all the steps of the approval process and made the whole process easy.

She was personable and gave us many options, while making sure we understood each option clearly. She was able to explain things patiently and in a way that was easy for us to understand. Even though we ultimately ended up staying with our bank, we really enjoyed working with her! She is a great mortgage broker, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services. Thank you!

(February 12, 2022, 7:25 am)So, this will be a very short review because thanks to Kelly I am very busy packing and moving...but amazing people deserve to be mentioned and praised ;-)
She ticked all the boxes after our initial meeting, she understood that we were total newbies in this sector and she was so detail oriented and worked with clear structures that I always knew where we are at. She is the fastest when it comes to answering your questions and she has a great network that covers the whole process from A-Z.
And if that is not enough....she is always up for a little pleasant surprise here and there.
Kelly, thank you so much for everything especially for shining light on options when everything seemed "doomed".
