My physical condition improved drastically and I continue to use the techniques he showed me. The reason I could do that was because I asked Kingston to email me the techniques several weeks after I completed and he did it without hesitation.

I'd like appreciate personal trainer Alexandra Marsland for many important advices that practically improved my physical condition immediately and helping to enforce my muscles that weren't involved in body motion cousins tensions and pains. She is focused, knowledgeable, prepared to sessions with specific solutions and keep general direction of personal development. Very pleasant dealing with a trainer with positive professional attitude.
Highly recommended!
