Richa went above and beyond to find the items I was seeking, and then to arrange shipping for me. She followed up with me throughout the process, was super friendly over the phone, and my items arrived within 2 days of ordering. Thank you Richa and Icebreaker outlet!

The return process was handled professionally. We just got those jackets in perfect size. Great products and great customer service!

I have tried their socks, tshirt and undergarments and I love they are really comfy and can be worn full day everyday with no issues. Looking forward to winters and trying their base layers.
