Howard was well prepared with his research, proactive, incredibly patient with all our questions and sensible with his advice. He is always quick to respond and knowledgeable with answering all of our questions. Howard is very professional but yet very personable and fun to work with. We look forward to working with him again in the future!!

It was quite the journey finding the right buyers for our condo as we had a tight timeline but Howard made it happen. The entire process was seamless. He even got us in early where we were able to secure our new home at the best price before anybody else! We are so glad we chose Howard...he is very thorough, understands our needs, very passionate about his work and he truly cares about his clients. As it’s my first time buying and selling a place, the whole process can be very stressful and overwhelming. Howard was extremely helpful and informative. He always took the time to listen to our concerns and questions and guided us every step of the way - making sure we were comfortable with our decisions from listing our home to negotiating the best deal for us. Howard is very friendly, hardworking and professional. We felt we were in good hands. I don’t plan on moving again soon but if I do, I will without a doubt use his service again. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and families to use his service either - in fact, I have already! Thank you, Howard! You're a star!

He was very nice and fun person and at work her was very attentive to details, very patients to explain all the questions that we have as first time home buyer. What I liked about him the most is his honesty. Giving us all the pros and cons and help us to determine the best one for our situation. I will definitely choose Howard again.
