(September 29, 2021, 6:12 pm)Fort Park took over our strata from the previous strata management company a couple of years ago and this was the best decision our strata ever made. Chris provided the services estimate within hours and the services were priced reasonably. The transition from previous property management was fully taken care by him without council intervention.
Considering that this is an older building, Fort Park inherited quite a problematic strata. However, Chris and his team managed to organize the business in the efficient manner.
They are very responsive, efficient, and professional; they take care of any issues quickly and make sure that council is well informed about possible options. They are more than willing to go an extra mile to ensure the best results. Also, they transitioned old fashioned paper based system to electronic where any owner can see related information or report issues.
We strongly recommend Fort Park because they provide a very reliable and high quality service. -

Chris and his team from Fort Park have been helping us (small strata) to manage our building more than a year since we got rid of our previous Strata property management company, which is very expensive, unresponsive and ineffective. As a strata council and owner in multiple strata properties, compared with the other 5 strata property companies I worked with, Fort Park is in the top of my list. Fort Park provides us a highly effective, responsive and professional service in a reasonable management fee. Thanks Chris and Joel for your great help!

Definitely stand out above larger commercial management companies and I appreciate the personal service.
