(August 14, 2020, 6:17 pm)I started coming to this vet because they are open 7 days a week with later hours, which I find great for those who work 9-5 jobs. Additionally, I find them very accommodating and they have always been able to schedule me in. To top it all off, all the staff have been great to deal with, reassuring and professional. I feel comfortable leaving my pet with them and knowing that my family member will be receiving wonderful veterinary care.

(July 6, 2020, 9:54 pm)5 stars to Dr Klair and her team! My cat ate a string and I was told by another Richmond vet that he needed urgent surgery. After fitting me in last minute on Sat afternoon, Dr Klair examined my cat and noted surgery is always a last option. She provided alternate treatments that were highly successful and a fraction of the cost. In addition to having very reasonable prices, Dr Klair will take the time to explain things in a way that you understand. Very efficient Covid procedures and appointment was right on time. So thankful for Dr Klair's expertise and amazing service from the entire team.

(November 21, 2019, 8:25 am)The veterinarians and veterinary assistants here are great! Unfortunately, we had two cats pass in the past 4 months (heart issues), but they did everything they could for our fur babies. They really show their love for animals and show the right amount of emotion during all situations. Although I hope to not go back anytime soon, I would definitely recommend.
