(September 26, 2019, 3:48 pm)The office staff is really helpful and kind, especially Jessica. They are very good and understanding if you have pets in your family, even big dogs. It's one of the few places, if any, you'll find that allows big dogs in the Richmond area. We rarely had any problems with the functionality of our apartment or appliances, and if we did, it was taken care of right away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with lots of trees and shrubs, pretty much everyone in our building/neighbours were really great and kind people. Would highly recommend this place :)

(April 18, 2018, 3:58 pm)We have been very happy here since we moved in a few months ago. The apartment was freshly painted and they put in a new stove for us. They also fixed the leaking sink within one day. We have a good sized balcony and great attached storage room.The complex is older but it is much larger than new condos. It is well maintained and clean. The rent includes heat and hot water which is a bonus. The landscaping is beautiful with mature trees, and there are so many beautiful birds here! Bushtits, juncos, chickadees, northern flickers, etc. It's a great location between Ironwood mall and Richlea center. Minutes to the 99 highway. The 403 Bus is a four minute walk and this 10 minute ride connects directly to skytrain to go downtown. We use the gym and look forward to the outdoor pool in the hot summer months. Behind the complex is Southarm park where there is a community center, an off leash dog park, a outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and walking trails. It's quiet too here.
