(June 18, 2021, 6:11 pm)i just want to follow up on a roller shade order that we purchased through New Accent Window Fashions in April 2020. The product that they recommended was (CBM) X7 battery motorized shades along with X4 manual which was to be manufactured by Canadian Blind Manufacturing which is a local company located in Richmond BC. One more item was the fantastic remote control that can be wall mounted and is extremely easy to use and comes with 15 channels so there is endless possibilities.
The product was installed by New Accent and everything manufactured was exactly to the measurements that was requested, so the finished product exceeded our expectations and mine are high, as I was in the window covering business for over 30 years so I know what to look for.
I was initially a little cautious about the battery part of the order, so I actually charged all 7 shades on June 9/2020 and was curious on how long they would last. June 10th 2021 all 7 shades were still operational, although some where slightly slower than others because of the size. Basically using them once a day, this totally exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU CBM for truly a "Best Experience".
One final note I would totally recommend products from this company and it is great to support Canadian made. -

(December 14, 2017, 10:09 pm)We purchased our blinds in 2011 from a company that is no longer in business. Recently one of our blinds started having trouble with lifting mechanism. Knowing that these were CBM blinds from the sticker on them, we decided to call them. The lady in Customer Service was very understanding of our situation. She helped us through the repair process promptly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for us and we will definitely look for CBM blinds when making our next purchase.
