From the first contact, Alex made me feel like my purchase was personal to him. He kept me updated with interest changes but never made me feel any pressure to sign. He was patient while I searched for the right place - periodically checking in to see how I was doing and how my search was going. When I was ready to purchase he was very responsive (and found a great rate)!

He is absolutely fantastic, extremely responsive, organized, super knowledgeable and professional. He made renewing our mortgage so easy and walked us through all of our options, including what would be the best for us considering we also wanted to do some major renovations. He also secured us an incredibly low rate!! He also set up all of the other meetings with notaries and lawyers who were also great! When we met with them, they also raved about Alex! Hands down an awesome experience. Call Alex and I promise you, you will not be disappointed!
