Mr Water Heater

My water 40 US gallon gas fired water heater started leaking 3 days prior to Christmas. Mr. Water Heater was quick on getting a replacement and completed the installation the next day morning. I have replaced the water heater with a John Wood 40 Gal heater (1295/-), the overflow drain pan (79/-), replaced the Pressure releasing valve which has gone bad (69/-), Gas permit (69/-) and total material (217/- looks like a percentage from the bill, I guess) and total came to 1587.60 for the next day completion. Replacement did not qualify for the Fortis rebate and I was told about that prior to the job. Gail from their office was nice and thorough on all details and questions I have asked before the job. Everything happened quickly and efficiently. On site, Dan did a great job. Will call them again for future services.

Great to deal with both on the phone and in person! They answered all my questions right away and they were able to adapt to my work schedule and come that same week!

Dan was friendly, on time and explained everything we needed to know about the water heater. He put down blankets to protect our floors and didn't leave any mess behind.

As a young woman living in an apartment in the city, I feel uneasy having contractors I don't know in my home, but Mr Water and Dan made me feel nothing but 100% comfortable and informed. Thank you guys for all your help!!

Our water heater started to leak Thursday afternoon and Dan from Mr Water Heater was at our home installing a new water heater the next morning. Really appreciated how quickly they could come and do the job. Dan was professional and clearly experienced, and I appreciated that he laid down cardboard to protect our floors. Cost was reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Water Heater. Excellent company!

I called Dan and he asked me some simple questions over the phone and gave me a quote significantly less than two other competitors. From there we corresponded via text message. Dan showed up right on time, protected my carpet, completed the job in timely manner. He provided a permit, receipt and written warranty. I paid exactly what he quoted me. I highly recommend Dan for hot water tank replacement.

I initially spoke to Doug. Great personality over the phone. Well mannered. Answered all questions. Dan who replaced the hot water tank did an excellent job. Everything was done according to code and knew his job well.
