(June 16, 2022, 2:53 am)Alayna and her team of committed, cheerful, non-judgemental and super friendly trainers have contributed to making 30 Minute Hit at Port Moody feel like a second home for me. As a single mum with no family in this country , I really need to focus on my health and well-being to keep everything going smoothly in my world ; these thirty minutes of supported kickboxing in an all-female environment really helps me stay sane , healthy and feel part of a community. Complaints get addressed immediately, the trainers encourage to work your best wherever you are in that moment , there’s a kiddie area for when childcare is required , and the overall concern for your well-being makes a big difference. This isn’t your usual clinical gym, it’s a super hit HIIT where every member counts. Highly recommend!

(June 15, 2022, 9:35 pm)This is the first time in my life that I’m counting days to go back and HIT.. all the trainers are so wonderful.. it absolutely worth the money that you invest on you only.. for someone like me as a mom, this place is amazing where I can go anytime with no class schedules, and also take my child.. LOVE the Port Moody 30 MIN HIT

You truly do feel the burn when you’re there and it is the best place to go when you need an escape. Highly recommend others to join this enthusiastic community!

(December 29, 2021, 4:17 pm)So much to say about this location!! I love the HIGH ENERGY environment, phenomenal staff and owner who are so passionate and engaged with each client.
They will even thank you for coming by your name and make you feel so welcome. I love that there are no set gym times, life is busy so you can drop by during the opening hours to get in your fun, intense 3o min hit.
I also love how each station you can adjust the exercise to your level of
Fitness. The music is great, I’m catching myself singing and sometimes dancing in between stations. The energy here is truly contagious. It’s great to be surrounded by other powerful women!
This location is super clean, covid protocols in place , you can really feel comfortable and safe to workout here. Oh and I love the separate area for stretching . Truly amazing! Thank you for all your hard work and passion you bring each day team Port Moody! -
