he provided me exceptional service with reasonable price and prepared me all the needed documents for Fortis Rebate.
He is very considerate and detail oriented technician,
If I knew him earlier, I would have installed new water tank with him also.

(November 24, 2020, 1:39 am)Andrew and his team were wonderful when our furnace quit in the middle of November! First they came out within half an hour to assess our problem in the evening. He explained all our options and gave us time to think. When we decide to replace our furnace he made all the arrangements no was ready to go just 3 days later. Super-professional installation, he communicated well every step of the way, and there were no hidden costs or fees. Really great service and highly recommend this family business

(November 22, 2020, 6:09 am)Don't go elsewhere, Andrew is highly skilled and quick to do the job without making you pay high no reason costs. He came to troubleshoot our boiler and fixed it right there without any additional fees. Definitely recommend him

(November 2, 2020, 8:49 pm)Andrew was referred to me by a friend as my fireplace stopped working. Andrew came out the very next day right on time. He properly diagnosed the problem (which a previous company had misdiagnosed), installed the correct new part, adjusted the flame, explained to me how my fan automatically worked ( I had been shutting it on and off manually) and provided me with a very reasonable invoice. I would recommend Royal Pro Heating and Andrew to anyone experiencing an issue with their furnace or fireplace.
