(November 17, 2018, 3:48 am)When I say to my wife that I am going to the purified water store she always gives me a sort of strange look, but there is good reason to stop in here. Firstly their soda stream refill prices are best in class. Secondly they sell alkaline water for a fair price.
If you look into alkaline you are going to pay thousands for a machine that does the job. Here they sell a 5 gallon job for $6, a great deal for a bit of a treat.
So fair prices are a high point, but purified water could use some improvements. First would be to the stores front end as it is a little bit of a confusing jumble of things that reminds me of a classic vacuum store. Beyond that the staff that were in the store though helpful did not have much in the way of knowledge. I asked the member of staff if I had to pay a deposit which he then ran to the back and ask. When asked simple questions about alkaline water they were stumped, wandered to the back, then called the owner. That was the right decision and the right answer was achieved, but it is telling that they don't have a training system in place for staff. -

The staff are so friendly that every time my wife went there they would carry the water bottle to her car. Their location is a bit far from our home but because of their great service we become their loyal customers. Keep up the good work!

(October 19, 2017, 7:23 pm)I have been to the water store and cannot believe how good the high ph water is. I had a cup of tap water and i tasted the metal and didn't realize how discusting my tap water actually was.
I reviewed this company and I appreciate how they won't take old dirty bottles. Some people gave them low reviews for that and I was shocked. That is one of the main reasons why I used their services. High standards. I don't want some old filthy bottle delivered to my place.
I also had a faulty pump and Mikes the owner said he would replace it on the spot. Great service and very good selection. Chase and the guys who work thwre are very knowledgeable on water.
Also, I just paid $20 from London drugs to fill my sodasteam cartridge. The water company charges , $12. Very reasonable and looking forward to my first delivery next week.
Overall, I am a very happy customer and have had nothing but great service and a high quality product.
