I am always impressed with her dedication to staying up on the latest techniques through her unique approach through pilates (yes, she is covered by benefits plans as a licensed Physio) for helping her clients and I appreciate all of the care she takes to teach me how to work on the stretches & exercises at home.
Dana has taught me about muscles I didn't even know I had and how important they are in the health of my back and my pelvis and I must say that my pelvic floor has never been in better shape thanks to Dana!! I took her Stretch Therapy workshop twice last year; they were high tech, fun and effective. I felt like my entire body had relaxed and my mood was much more relaxed than when I walked in. Thanks so much Dana!
