Of all the trades we dealt with, plygem was one of my favourite in terms of keeping our stress at bay despite rising costs. Their windows are great value and look amazing. Looks of different options to choose from and they are all made in Canada. They are very knowledgeable and made sure that if we wanted to install our windows like a new build that it was possible even though our home was reno. This is when they recommended Justin from Hansen Installations to take care of our install... after trying to locate one was causing so much stress after we met him we felt totally relaxed and trusted his organization, honestly and capacities. He delivered 125% and made sure we were happy with the choices we made, this is important because some trades can get impatient or annoyed if we need time to decide on colour or install method. Justin was very considerate and handled everything for us, including delivery and arranging with plygem on ensuring we got what we ordered. I’ll give 10 stars if we could.! Very happy customer. And trust me, I’m a picky and detailed person and they followed through. Highly recommended!!
