Dan Spalding, who was respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, honest and mostly very welcoming, provided exceptional worldwide customer service that will be remembered forever. Because of such experience, I will be letting anyone and everyone that I know of Johnston Meier Insurance of the Port Coquitlam Office. Thank you Dan for going above and beyond.

During this quarantine so many businesses are forced to abandon customer service skills for safety but our experience here has shown us that we can receive both. Dan was absolutely amazing from beginning to end, it was the first time we had lost a license plate and he talked us through literally everything! Came as far as dropping us off the plates when we were in the parking lot. Dan helped change addresses, plates and our insurance went down!!! In a span of 6 minutes while sporting a great attitude! Absolutely recommend this insurance broker!
