I have owned a Heated toilet seat and Bidet from Clean touch for about 4 years. With all the choices out there I found that Clean touch was located In Vancouver so I took a chance and bought their product. Well, there are a lot of choices you can make but I am so happy with them. I have had problems with the heated seat over the years and every time I call them I get to speak with an actual human being. They have been very supportive and have helped me out even after my warranty was up. These guys have really impressed me and you can buy this bidet seat from many differant companies but I doubt that the customer service is anything close to what I have had with Clean Touch. It is great to know that good old customer service is " alive and well"

We love our bidet seats. It takes a bit of planning in terms of getting electrical outlets installed. The hot water and heated seat is a luxury experience but a must have in my opinion. No point using cold water from a bidet in Canada!

We haven't had any issues so far and it has been 3 months. It is very easy to use and we have had guests over and they loved it. Excellent Customer Service from Min and the team. Just make sure you check the measurement of your toilet seat because the model with the attached remote does not fit on certain american standard toilets. The only downside to purchasing from the warehouse is their hours of operation. They are only open on weekdays 9am-5pm.

I bought clean touch two years ago, it's good. Unfortunately I broken the lid last week and I think need to buy a new one. I try to contact the customer service, customer service staff helped me to solve it. only need to replace a part. It's easy and save money. I appreciate it.

I have two Clean Touch bidets now and I highly recommend them. The company is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about their products. They install quickly and operate well. We have used to first one for three years now. Still going strong.

5 star service Min and and his team were very helpful. I purchased this bidet unit years ago and have since purchased 3 more for other washrooms.

The lid I noticed had a slight crack by the hinge. My friend decided to close the lid hard and not knowing it was a soft close forced and cracked the hinge.

After contacting Min and emailing the pictures and issue I was having he was quick to help and fix the problem. It was out of warranty and but I gladly paid for the speedy repair. This product is hands down the best product on the market.

I have had no issues after 6 years of trouble free use except for my own fault cracked lid.
