I'm so grateful to be part of the F.I.T family. My trainer, Scott, is amazing. He is genuine, passionate, and he creates programs that are tailored to the individual needs and goals of his clients. Kat is equally wonderful, I notice her attentiveness to her clients and I always appreciate her warm and friendly demeanor. F.I.T is an inclusive and welcoming environment. No matter where you are in your health or fitness journey, F.I.T is a place for you.

Scott and Kat are both knowledgeable dedicated trainers with a lot to offer anyone looking to improve his or her health.
The facility is clean and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend!

I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. I’ve been training with Scott for over 3 years now and I couldn’t be happier with my personal progress and everything else about this place. Scott and Kat are super professional. They genuinely care about your well-being and comfort. They both care so much and critique your plan personally to your needs, injuries and abilities. If you’ve never worked out in your life or you’re training for a triathlon or darn worlds strongest man competition💪🏼, One of them will be a perfect fit for ya!
The biggest things that I wasn’t expecting when I first joined, was the environment. Such a comfortable fun vibe. Great music at a perfect volume, (and they’ll play a personal fav if you ask 😉). I’ve tried some of the other local facilities and nothing comes close. Do yourself a favor and bring your strength and confidence to an all time high like I have.

I cannot rave enough about this place! I had the best experience training with Anastasia (risingfitness). She taught me how to love exercising with weights and to not be fearful of them. I also got to meet Liz & Scotty, two other amazing trainers who made me feel like family! They even surprised me with a STAG-WORKOUT since my stagette got canceled due to Covid! Had BCAA jello-shots and everything! :) I got my fiance to take personal training sessions here as well because I believe in their philosophy & value their knowledge! Im recommending FIT ACADEMY to everyone in need of personal training! Best place, hands down!
